1. Competition is open to anyone staying at a Frankie Says apartment aged 18 and over

2. Entrants must follow the 3 steps to qualify for entry

3. Video must be uploaded in vertical, 9:16 format aspect ratio (Reels)

4. Submission of video is an agreement to permit use of footage in Frankie Says online marketing communications, including website and social media

5. Once submitted, footage becomes the intellectual property of Frankie Says in perpetuity

6. Competition closes December 31st, 2023

7. Winner will be contacted directly and announced on social media

8. No cash alternative is offered in exchange for the prize.

9. No parties allowed. All guests must be pre-registered with Frankie Says.

10. Maximum occupancy of apartments is 6 guests.
